Overall my experience with office staff and administration has been very Negative. Teachers are great, but I read another review about the girls soccer coaching staff which I strongly agree with.

I brought my concern to the Athletic Director and he deferred to the coaching staff. The coaching leadership is comprised of evaluators, not coaches. I don't see true investment in the development of the character these young ladies. Girls were getting seriously injured in practice scrimmages, and coaches did nothing to discourage the behavior.

There are 'favorites' and girls with potential, yearning for a coach, get stepped on, made to feel less than, and pushed out. These are girls that made the team. The amount of great girls that leave the program year of year is alarming but the Athletic director and administration does nothing.

San Clemente used to have a nationally ranked, amazing team. It continues to deteriorate year over year, and concerned parents are discouraged from speaking out. In fact they generally feel that if they advocate for the daughter, their daughter will be punished. It's a very discouraging situation. Parent Review 1y ago.

Shorecliffs Middle School. Very high! We moved here from a small private school on the East Coast that we loved so much and expected transition to a huge public school to be awful.

To our surprise it has been awesome. The teachers are funny, kind, accessible and supportive. She's learning so much in interesting cool ways. The technology available is great. There's a wide variety of extra on-site offerings from guitar to cooking to babysitting classes. My daughter loves the lunches which I previously annoyingly had to make and the physical ed is giving her a strong foundation of healthy habits.

She runs more than anyone in our family now. The principle is friendly, present, and engaged with the students and activities and the school is built on rewarding good behavior including being respectful to others. Resident 1y ago. They walk their dogs all the time and they are very friendly people. Very safe neighborhood. Live here for over 20 yrs. Most people have dogs here too. Public transportation consists of bus system and Uber or Lyft". Light no matter the day. Slight ocean views too! It has many nice neighborhoods and a great main street area with many shops and nice restaurants.

The pier area and the beaches are nice as well. It is a great place to live! This place is different in the best way possibly. Resident 2y ago. I only wish we had more sidewalks and wider sidewalks. Cutest downtown and great beach and mountain trails. Love the schools! Pack your surf board, soccer ball, golf clubs and hiking shoes if you want to experience this area to the max!

People always out and actively enjoying the yards. Also, Easy access to public transportation and the summer trolley is a delight. All dogs are on leashes. Very modern and well planned out. Small neighborhood feel with unique shopping and places to eat. Beaches are clean, easy to access and there's a pier. The beach trails are perfect for a walk, run and friends and family time. Lots of activities and plenty to do. Farmers market on Sunday is a great place to take family, see friends and enjoy treats. Christmas time is a special time in the city that is well decorated. Summer time outdoor concerts and activities are second to none. Plenty of great shopping and restaurants.

Del Mar is downtown full of great restaurants and unique shops. Music at ivy Lee's with new Orleans cuisine but start at the Cellars on del Mar for great wine, cheese and music. Beaches are well maintained, safe and there's even an historic pier. Great vibe and creative energy.

A new Brazilian crepe place just opened up on del Mar. Amazing Brazilian coffee. Tapioca crepes are outstanding. San onofre with old mans surfing beach with firepits on the beach is a must for all. You can get a ticket. Town is more mon n pop than most and has a kicked back vibe.
