The remote has some nice features like Netflix and Amazon buttons.

The menu system and app access is very difficult to understand and not at all intuitive. I've had this tv for about a year. It works great. This is a good budget tv. Love the browser feature. The screen is dim compared to the competitors. Excellent picture and sound for the category. I have been using the tv for almost 13 months the tv is excellent.

There was a problem with screen which was immediately taken care by lg staffs. Sound is so good you can put put the tv in sqft room still great quality. Bought this TV last year had one issue with a few of the pixels dying but had great Customer Service they were quick to send the parts and get it serviced and switched out.
